Our Refund policies include:

• Refunds are available for tickets cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
• If an event is cancelled by Community Is Strength Ltd, a full refund will be issued
automatically to the original payment method within 10 working days

Ticketed Events & Fundraisers

• Free events may require pre-booking for capacity or safeguarding reasons. If you are
unable to attend, please notify us so your space can be reallocated.
• Repeated no-shows without notice may affect your ability to book future events.

Free Community Events

• Refunds will not be issued for food, drink, or bar items once purchased.
• Alcohol is served under a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) and we operate a
Challenge 18 policy. We reserve the right to refuse service without refund if
identification cannot be provided.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Community Is Strength Ltd, we are proud to provide inclusive, engaging, and accessible
events that uplift our community. This policy outlines our approach to ticket refunds,
cancellations, and special circumstances to ensure fairness and clarity for all attendees and
stakeholders.

Our Refund policies include:

• Sports and fitness sessions are non-refundable within 48 hours of the session start
time.
• Sessions may be rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Outdoor activities may be postponed due to weather or safety concerns. In such cases,
attendees will be offered a refund or a transfer to a new date.

Sporting Activities

• Donations are non-refundable unless given in error or under exceptional
circumstances.
• If a fundraising event is cancelled, ticket refunds may be offered, but donations made
independently of ticket sales will not be refunded.

Charity Events
